Jim
Mack
Jim
Mack brings over 20 years of
Human Resource experience to Emersus Consulting. During that time
Jim has developed extensive experience in Executive Selection &
Assessment, 360-degree Feedback & Coaching, Strategic Planning,
Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefit Plan
design. In addition to consultation in program design and
implementation, Jim has taught a variety of human resource
classes, some of which include: Diversity in the Workplace, Preventing
Sexual Harassment and Hostile Work Environments, and Management
Development to all levels of employees.
Jim's
expertise has been
gained through exposure to a wide variety of
organizations. Some key executive positions held include Vice President
Human Resources for InsurQuote,
Manager of Compensation and
Benefits with Alliantech Systems (Hercules, Inc),
and Director of Human Resources for the Utah Symphony
& Opera. When not enjoying his work with Emersus Consulting, Jim serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Adam Aircraft, Inc.
Mr.
Mack has a Bachelor
of Science in Business from Westminster College, Salt Lake City and is
affiliated with Society for Human Resource Management.
Personal Interests…
In his spare
time, Mr. Mack enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and
fly-fishing, especially in the Madison River in Montana.
