Kimberley Labertew
Kim joins Emersus Consulting, Inc. with 16 years of management consulting experience with both Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Her emphasis has been on facilitating ambitious strategic and operational change by developing critical capabilities and skills within her clients. The transformational approach she uses to work with companies incorporates strategy definition and analysis, executive selection and development, work structure and process improvement, and information systems alignment. This comprehensive "systems" approach allows her to achieve the integration required to equip organizations to achieve their specific performance objectives. Some of Kim's clients include McDonalds, Chevron, First Security Bank (now Wells Fargo), Nationsbank, Koch Industries, Pacific Gas & Electric and Chase Manhattan Bank.
One sector in which Kimberley has extensive expertise is the development of action plans to implement critical elements of corporate strategy. She has facilitated strategic planning sessions for clients and worked with them to define the key components required to achieve corporate objectives. In particular, she has worked with clients to develop high impact marketing capabilities as a basis for growing their business. Her emphasis is on identifying and executing marketing initiatives that most effectively bring more revenue or customers, preferably both.
Kimberley received her Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, studied at the University of Stockholm in Political and Organizational Systems and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Middlebury College in Vermont.
Personal Interests…
Kimberley enjoys skiing, hiking and biking in the mountains, teaching herself new languages and exploring new cultures with her three children and husband. Kim is on the Board of Directors of the Deer Valley International Music Festival, volunteers at local schools teaching on world cultures and is involved with other children's advocacy organizations. Some of Kim's most recent favorite reads are: The World is Flat by Thomas Friedman and Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage by Alfred Lansing.
